Complete Counseling is a small private practice with a family feel. We offer counseling for relationship issues, family, behavior issues and many more services.

Jerry U. Gibson, LPC, NCC, MAC
Therapist and Owner

Jerry is a graduate from Troy University’s Clinical Mental Health program. He is a graduate of the Counseling and Psychology at Troy University. Jerry is a Licensed Professional Counselor. The National Board of Certified Counselors credentials him as a Nationally Certified Counselor. Jerry is also a Master Addiction Counselor (NAADAC) and is able to provide counseling related to DOT standards based on NAADA/SAP evaluations. His particular interests include behavioral issues, trauma, issues that contribute to substance abuse, stress and marital issues. Jerry has worked in drug court, group homes, a rehabilitation center and an adolescent maximum-security facility. He has an interest in anger management and mood disorders.

Sherri L. Gibson, MS, ALC

Therapist and Co Owner

Sherri L Gibson is a graduate of Troy University and received her Master's in Clinical Mental Health. She currently holds an ALC under the supervision of Dr. Danny Dutton. Sherri's counseling approach is to create and environment in therapy where each client is able to feel important, experience acceptance, and unconditional positive regard in the therapeutic process. 

Semaj Holden Spiritual Leader/Behavior Coach

Hi, my name is Semaj Holden. I am the Behavior Coach/Spiritual Leader here at Complete Counseling. I am a graduate of the University of Alabama at Birmingham with a degree in psychology and a minor in social work. I have been in the mental health field for the past 6 years. I am the current Youth Minister at Shiloh PB Church. I am a selfless individual and I love people. I’m really passionate about the work I do in this field and I don’t take it for granted. Keep God first, and everything else will fall in line. Remember, your situation is never bad, it just needs improvement!
